Karen Hodges RMP, Managing Broker and Owner

Karen is the 2010 President of the Denver Chapter of NARPM.  With a background in marketing, she obtained her real estate license with the sole intention of specializing in property management after her experiences as an owner of residential rental properties.  She holds the NARPM designation of Residential Management Professional (RMP) and has been on the Denver Chapter Board since 2005. She is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, where she served as Chair of the Property Manager Committee for two years. Karen enjoys the long-term relationships with her clients and the opportunity to provide renters with well maintained homes.

Cindy Bryden, Office Manager and Bookkeeper

Cindy joined RERS in 2008 as the Office Manager/Bookkeeper. Cindy handles the daily operation of the office including: accounts receivable and payable, receptionist, technical consulting and project management. She enjoys cultivating professional relationships with our clients and tenants. She is a member of NARPM. She has an extensive background in Bank Management as well as Software Testing for Government applications. She loves spending time with her family and Scrapbooking/Card Making.

Diane Salter, Broker Associate and Maintenance Coordinator

Diane has over 20 years of Real Estate Sales experience and 3 years of property management experience. She handles the job of maintenance coordinator and sales agent. She coordinates preventive maintenance and work orders. She oversees advertising of all rental properties, does occasional showings and acts as leasing agent. She is a member of the South Suburban Board of Realtors and NARPM. Diane handles any property sales needs for the real estate division of RERS. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and son- in- law and 2 grand kids.
